Boardz N Bagz processes cornhole bag orders within 3 business days, and Custom Cornhole Board orders take between 2-4 weeks.

Return Policy

All sales are final after 10 days.

Returns are for exchanges only, and will be only be made within 10 days of receipt of item. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for bith the return shipping of the original product and the shipping charges for the new product to be shipped. Only in the event of an error on our part will Boardz N Bagz pay shipping fees. Returns must be on unused products, unless it in a warrant issue.

Guarantee

Boardz N Bagz manufactures the highest quality boardz and bagz. We guarantee the seams on our bags will not rip due to workmanship. If you have a warranty issue, please call us. 502-558-5609 for return info.

Shipping Damage Claims

While the frequency of damaged packages is low, in the event that one of our products is delivered in a damaged state, Boardz N Bagz must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the package. UPS requires the package to be inspected and ALL packaging must be available for inspection. We will make every effort to resolve the situation and get a replacement product delivered in a timely fashion. Any shipping damage claims filed beyond 48 hours from receipt of the package will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
